Yoga

At Cycle Fusion, we practice 45, 60 or 75 minutes of sweaty, hot and challenging Baptiste style Yoga. Get ready to feel empowered, rejuvenated and inspired. All classes open to all levels.

Breathe Deeply. Our yoga studio has its own HVAC system designed specifically for Hot Yoga. The air purification system eliminates bacteria, controls mold, produces fresh air, creates good air flow and controls humidity. Ceiling radiant heating panels help to control and ensure adequate heat. This allows for healthy sweating in a clean, chemical and allergen-free environment.

From Our Raving Clients

I am absolutely addicted to Ailynn’s Power Vinyasa Class.

It’s been 4 years since I’ve been on my mat and Ailynn has been modifying her instruction for my practice and I am getting stronger every week. It’s a physically challenging class for all levels. The heated yoga rooms are on point. You can tell they spared no expense for the best filtration and heating systems for hot yoga. The entire studio is gorgeous and staff is friendly and well trained in their expertise of fitness.

WOW. A very challenging, but fulfilling class.

As always, Ailynn is an amazing instructor. Very patient, very helpful. Very relaxing when in Shavasana.

I recommend Gentle Flow Yoga

This was my first Gentle Yoga class after several Power Vinyasa classes and I would absolutely do it again! Don’t let the name fool you. It’s a slower flow, but you can still push yourself to your full potential. It’s truly what you make of it. I recommend this class to all levels, and to anyone who prefers an unheated room.

- Sabrina, MindBody
