At Cycle Fusion, we practice 45, 60 or 75 minutes of sweaty, hot and challenging Baptiste style Yoga. Get ready to feel empowered, rejuvenated and inspired. All classes open to all levels. We even offer VIRTUAL classes.

Breathe Deeply. Our yoga studio has its own HVAC system designed specifically for Hot Yoga. The air purification system eliminates bacteria, controls mold, produces fresh air, creates good air flow and controls humidity. Ceiling radiant heating panels help to control and ensure adequate heat. This allows for healthy sweating in a clean, chemical and allergen-free environment.

Cycle Yoga Fusion 60

Start this 60 minute Fusion class off with a 30 minute ride that will get your heart pumping and body sweating. Following your ride, you will enjoy 30 minutes of restorative Yoga to cool you down and stretch you out. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and revived.

Power Vinyasa 45

Fuel your inner fire in this 45 minute hot and sweaty Power Vinyasa class that will challenge you as you flow through variations of the signature Baptiste "Journey into Power" sequence.

Power Flow on the Go 75 - Outdoors/Pop-Up Class

Time to ohm outside and practice with the heightened experience of nature. Activate parts of your brain that make you more present. Enjoy the sensory experience of the outdoors.

Bring your own mat & water and show up 10 minutes early for a meditation walk before class.

LOCATION: Cheat Lake Park - weather permitting! (Otherwise, class will be held in studio.)

Power Vinyasa 60

Fuel your inner fire in this 60 minute hot and sweaty Power Vinyasa class that will challenge you as you flow through variations of the signature Baptiste "Journey into Power" sequence.

Slow Flow and Yin 60

This class is ideal for those seeking a slower moving practice. It’s a combination of gentle vinyasa flow and yin. Postures are held for several minutes to access deeper layers of fascia, stretching the connective tissues around the joints to release, mainly the knees, hips, pelvis, sacrum and spine. All levels welcome.

Yoga Back to Basics 60

A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This warm class introduces foundation yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other Vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both physically and mentally.

Gentle Yoga 60

60 minutes of a gentle and modified version of the Power Flow with deep stretching. This class is great for recovery and mature bodies.

Restorative Yoga 45

In this class, you will calm and reset your entire body and mind to prepare you for ultimate relaxation in Savasana. Open to all levels.

Candlelight Restorative 60

Set in a calming candlelit space, this class will promote total relaxation. Yoga props will be used to allow for a passive practice which will encourage a balance of ease to all of life's daily effort.

Virtual Meditation, Wake and Stretch 30

Begin your day with a virtual 5-minute guided meditation. Then, awaken your body as you sink into deep restorative stretches. Lengthen your muscles, tendons and ligaments, with Yoga inspired movements. This is the perfect compliment to any lifestyle and routine.

Virtual Power Chair Yoga 45

Virtual Chair Power takes the Journey into Power sequence with the aid of a chair - proof that this Baptiste sequence is adaptable to everyBODY. Unlike Chair Yoga, this class may require some standing and coming down on to your mat. Expect benefits of mental clarity, reduced stress, energy and rejuvenation. Equipment needed: 2 chairs, mat

Virtual Power Vinyasa 60

Fuel your inner fire in this 60-minute VIRTUAL, sweaty, Power Vinyasa class. This class will challenge you as you flow through variations of the signature Baptiste "Journey into Power" sequence.

Yoga HIIT 60

Yoga HITT is a combination of a traditional yoga flow with short bursts of exercise moves woven into the practice. You will use your body weight to increase strength and flexibility. This class is for all fitness levels.

Private Yoga Sessions - $80

Private yoga lessons are the perfect way to individualize and customize your yoga practice and make it ideal for your body and mind. They are great for working through an injury, learning proper alignment, modifications, working on specific poses, or simply creating a yoga routine that will perfectly match your capacity and your goals. They are also great for beginners who would like to learn the basics and feel more confident attending group classes. These one-on-one sessions are an excellent way for students of all levels to fine-tune their yoga practice.

6-Week Teen Awesome Vinyasa 60 - $180

This 6-week enrollment meets 2 days per week and is a community of young people that practice Yoga to calm and de-stress, as well as stretch and strengthen the body. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body movement. Asanas/postures are practiced with attention to alignment, detail, meditation and mindfulness.

Ages 13 to 18. Please bring Yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Please arrive 15 min prior to class time.

Cycle Fusion Yoga QUAD 60 - $180

Want to try power yoga, but need cardio? Like to cycle, but crave a deep post workout stretch? Want to try AIReal™ Yoga but don’t want to take the class because you feel intimidated? Do you loose your attention and mind focus in a Yoga class? Do you get tired of the same workout day in and day out? In this 4-week, 12 class enrollment you will experience and address your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, mindfulness and balance. Just when you are getting tired of one activity, it is on to the next one.

Camp Teen Yoga Fusion

In Camp Teen Yoga Fusion, we provide space for teens to come together in community, to uplift and inspire each other through the physical practice of yoga (asana) and meditation. We will journey though yoga that may be fused with AIReal Yoga and Spin Power sessions.

Our Yoga for teens is a progressive program that utilizes the Baptiste methodology to build a strong foundation yoga practice with an introduction to yoga as a path to personal balance and inner peace.

Bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat or you can purchase or rent one from the studio.

Must be between the ages of 12 - 18 to participate.

Yoga Basics 101 - $180

Specifically designed for new students, this workshop offers a warm, welcoming environment where everyone else is new to Yoga too. You will be given a brief background of Baptiste Yoga, taken through the foundational postures one at a time, and receive alignment cues, emphasizing what is most important in getting started.

After pose demonstrations, you will have the opportunity to try it yourself while getting immediate feedback and adjustments to help you. Your questions are encouraged and serve to help others in the class gain a deeper understanding.

Come prepared: Arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins; wear exercise clothing that allows for comfortable movement; avoid eating at least 1 hour before; bring water, towel and Yoga mat (mat rentals are available at the studio).

40 Day Challenge with Ailynn Orteza - $250 or $120/members

6 weeks of Yoga, Meditation, Journaling & Clean Eating

It has been said that it takes 40 days to change or break a habit or create a healthier one. The philosophy behind it states that it takes 20 days to break old habits and 20 days to form new ones. Whether you are looking to strengthen your yoga practice, start a meditation practice, create a healthier lifestyle or learn more about yourself, this program is for you!

For 40 days, you commit to the program, which involves asana (the physical practice of yoga), meditation and inquiry (journaling questions). You will practice asana 6x a week and meet with your fellow 40 Day community once a week at the studio. This first week begins with just 20 minutes of yoga a day. Each week builds so it is completely accessible even for total beginners. There is a nutritional component included in the program. Learn mindful and clean eating principles including a three day cleanse. This program is designed to radically shift your energy, body and mind.

Prior to class start, each participant is responsible to purchase the book "40 Days to Personal Revolution" by Baron Baptiste.

Cost: $250 includes unlimited yoga classes for 40 days. $120 discounted rate for members currently enrolled in unlimited monthly auto pay. (You will be charged $99.00 to renew your unlimited classes for 30 days if your auto pay runs out during the 40 days program.)

90 Minute Embrace the Suck

Come Chatarunga with us! Enjoy a 90 minute, hot, sweaty, journey into power, ending in a blissful savasana followed by a relaxing evening as you unwind and mingle among friends.

How early should I arrive for class?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time. All classes start on time. If you are not in class at start time, our studio doors may be locked and you will loose out on that class. It is a disruption to class participants and the instructor when you arrive late.

Do I need to bring a Yoga mat?

We have mats you can use during class and mats for purchase. Have a mat you love? Bring it.

I’m new to yoga. Are there beginning yoga classes?

Beginner to advanced, all skill levels are welcome in Yoga classes. At times we do offer a Yoga Basics 101 class. Check under Yoga Enrollments for current enrollment availability.

Do I need to bring a towel?

We have towels for purchase if you forget to bring yours.
