Both downward facing dog and upward facing dog. I love how they stretch my back,

Endurance - I am not always there in my mind or I find myself wanting to change my pace more frequently

Yoga gives me:

Time to just breathe and just be in the moment

Cycling gives me:

Endurance, especially during the colder months when I don’t want to run outside. It is also giving me something new to learn and master since I have not been cycling that long!
