Cycle Power Intro 45
New to Cycle Fusion? Start by signing up for this intro class. The class instructor will go over bike adjustment, bike fit, bike computer and our leader boards. Learn what watts are and what this means to you as you determine what your personal spinning threshold (PST) is during the RAMP test. Once you complete this class you will be confident and ready to book your first ride at the studio. Make sure you are rested, hydrated and fueled for this ride. You will need a towel, bottle of water and either cycling shoes with an SPD clip or tennis shoes. Our bikes are compatible with Polar and Garmin heart rate monitors.

Cycle Sculpt Fusion 60
Start this 60 minute Fusion class off with a 30 minute ride followed by 30 minutes of strength training off the bike. This class is sure to get your heart pumping and muscles burning.
Cycle Yoga Fusion 60
Start this 60 minute Fusion class off with a 30 minute ride that will get your heart pumping and body sweating. Following your ride, you will enjoy 30 minutes of restorative Yoga to cool you down and stretch you out. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and revived.
