Do monthly unlimited classes packages have a 24 hour cancellation policy?
Yes. It is our policy that you need to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or you will be charged a $15.00 fee.
Do you offer Student Discounts?
Yes. Students will receive 15% off all regular priced services with student ID. Students will need to come into our Studio and show their student ID to receive discount. Discount does not apply to studio sales or special promotions.
Do class packs expire?
Yes. You have 45 days to use a 5 class pack and 60 days to use a 10 class pack. Any unused classes will expire after 45/60 days.
What is my login and password? Do I need a different one for the app and website?
Everything Cycle Fusion uses the same login and password. We are a Mind Body studio, so if you have a Mind Body account use that login. For example, use your Mind Body username and password to login to our Cycle Fusion App, our Cycle Member Portal and for check-out on our website.
I have an account for myself. Do I need to create a separate account for my daughter, son, or other family member?
Yes. Each person attending classes, or personal training will need to have their own account.
I signed up for a class, but I couldn’t attend. Can I get that pass class back on my account?
It is our Studio policy that you need to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
What does the FREE class apply to?
You may take a yoga or cycle class for FREE. Your FREE class does not apply to the introductory cycling class or AIReal™ Yoga.
Can I call to reserve my class spot?
No. All reservations need to be made through our app, website, cyclefusionwv.com or through your Mind Body account.
What is a Drop In rate?
Drop in rates are just for that, for you to drop on in. Drop in rates are not intended to be purchased for future classes. Drop in rates expire after the date of purchase. Drop In rates are perfect if you're just visiting Morgantown, too.
